James (Jim) Luisi
Jim Luisi is the Head of Information Technology at Madison Credit Management Services (MCMS) where, as part of the senior leadership team reporting into the CEO, he also performs Vendor Management and other services that support loan origination and refinancing.
Jim’s been a long time Information Technology industry thought leader and influencer in areas related to Architecture (e.g. Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture, and Data & Information Architecture) and is author of the must read book Pragmatic Enterprise Architecture, 1st Edition, Strategies to Transform Information Systems in the Era of Big Data.
Prior to MCMS, Jim headed Information Architecture for MetLife, globally, and headed Architecture for MetLife Bank, Americas.
Joel A. Kline, Ph.D.
Dr. Joel Kline is a technology and business strategist who performs research and teaches at Lebanon Valley College in PA as a professor. He also provides management consulting services to business and technology leaders. His specialties include but are not limited to:
- Communication: Technical Communication, MarComm, and Social Business
- Knowledge: Communities of Practice, KM, Info Architecture, and Big Data
- Strategy: Innovaton, Entrepreneurship, Technology Management, UX, and Design Thinking
Dr. Kline also holds key positions with the International Digital Media Arts Association (IDMAa).
Carlos is Founder and President of K2 Solutions Group, Inc., which provides Executive Advisory for Organizational Change and Solutions Architecture services. He also serves as an Industry Advisory Board member for the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and has held multiple leadership positions with iTSMF USA.
Carlos has been a long time Information Technology industry thought leader and influencer in the areas of Configuration Management, Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs), and Service Management. His book, “The CMDB Imperative: How to Realize the Dream and Avoid the Nightmares: How to Realize the Dream and Avoid the Nightmares“, which he co-authored with Glenn O’Donnell, is considered a de facto reference for Configuration Management and CMDB implementation, and has served to make him a globally recognized leader in these discipline areas.
