The IF4IT reserves the right to modify terms of membership or terminate membership as it sees fit, such as but not limited to cases where members falsely represent themselves, their submission data, their affiliations with the IF4IT, or in cases where membership benefits are abused. This also includes cases where the Foundation is attempting to improve membership benefits and/or experience for its membership. Terminations may occur for any reason. Termination examples include but are not limited to the inability to collect fee payments due and for situations where members’ actions and/or words are considered to counter the principles and values of the IF4IT and/or the community it represents.
